Tracy had the privilege of being a stay-at-home mom before launching her career once her two children were grown and raising families of their own. Her passion for real estate began in 1992, when she sold her family’s first home to a coworker, negotiating the terms on a napkin at Pizza Hut. In the following years, she would sell their other homes and manage their investment properties, gaining firsthand experience and a deep appreciation for the trust required when choosing a real estate professional.

Tracy is proud to be a part of Kingsworth Realty Group at Ga Realty, a dedicated real estate team that combines innovative strategies with the proven expertise needed to deliver outstanding results. With a heart for serving others and a love for all things Georgia (Go Dawgs!), Tracy is dedicated to providing exceptional service tailored to each client’s unique needs and guiding them through each step. Tracy is thankful for the opportunity God has given her to serve others through real estate and give back to her community. Serving others is at the heart of Tracy’s work and she believes real estate is about more than transactions, it’s about relationships. Outside of real estate, Tracy enjoys nature, crafting, quality time with those closest to her, and cheering from the sidelines at the soccer fields (though she admits she’s often ‘realt-ing’ there too!). Married to her husband for 38 years, she treasures the family they’ve built and loves showing off her greatest joys, her children and grandchildren.
